'Kannawidan Festival'

               Kannawidan is one of the famous festival celebrated by all the Ilocano's and Ilocana's here in Vigan Ilocos Sur even by the Ilocanos and Ilocanas in nearby towns.

               Kannawidan Festival is not just a festival to entertain many Filipinos even many tourist came from nearby countries and also came from all over the world. It aims to invited many investors to invest here in Vigan. Kannawidan Festival brings smile, happiness, joy and excitement to all the Ilocanos and Ilocanas even the tourist. Kannawidan Festival is an occasion that is so very hard to forget 'cause it brings unforgettable happy experiences.

"New Year, New Me"

             Good Bye 2011, Hello 2012 this is the first word that I've been say before end of the year 2011 and start the year of 2012. New Year Resolution is the time that one person is change his/her own attitude. Like me, I like to change my attitude of being a bad girl to my sisters and sometimes also to my parents, this time I will be a good sister and a good daughter to my parents. In my Physically fit,"diet"the first thing that I've been do this year. Some of my friends and relatives told that I will reduce or diet because I'm fat. I ashamed that time because they are laughfing because of me, but when i realize that I've been becoming teenager, i will reduce this coming days, weeks and months so that my body become sexy like my friends had.This is the first thing that I've been do in this year 2012.
           All of us had his/her own New year Resolution, this time we are going to left all the embarrassing moment of the past year and face for the present year. :)

"Equal Rigth, Equl Oppurtunity"

               Genuine equality between women and men, girls and boys can only be realised in the process of a just, fair and humane transformation of our society as a whole.There's need for us to unite and enable women to take their rightful place in production and political activity to improve their economic and political status.
There is need to educate ourselves and others to take a more correct view of women and to actively redress the injustices done to women in all our institutions - the Church, state and family.
               Women must not be treated as mere passive participants in national development. But they must enjoy fundamental rights and freedoms befitting all human beings, both in domestic and public life. Women need to be treated justly in families, workplaces, public life and the Church.Women are a backbone of our families and play major roles in our economy, especially in rural areas. The life and health of women are of central importance to the future development of our nation.This being the case, the calls for the true empowering of women to enable them to participate in decision making in our society need to be heeded.
                Women bring special gifts to the progress of our country. If they are not listened to and are discriminated against, then we simply will not have sustainable and equitable progress.And men should be more involved in promoting women's rights. Advancement will not go very far unless women and girls are enabled to enjoy the same rights and opportunities as men and boys.Women must be represented at decision-making levels in both economics and politics, to sustainably achieve development goals.True empowering of women enables them to participate in decision-making processes in society. One effective strategy towards empowering women is to promote equal opportunity for women's representation in decision-making positions
               Clearly, woman is the protector of humankind. But she is the creator of humanity - of humanness and humaneness - as well, in a specific manner all her own: in the delicacy of her service, her limitless self-donation, her affective and effective contact with the people, and that compassion of hers that simply will not rationalise the suffering of the poor.Woman is the creator of a courage that will never abandon the suffering. Woman is more defenceless physically. This fact points out the singular barbarity of their being subjected to domestic violence and to the criminal activities of rapists. It shows that barbarity for what it is.

'Climate Change'

               After decades of denial , most of us how realize we are addicted to fossil fuels that create vast quantities of carbon dioxide and that this addiction also extends to a wide variety of industrial and agricultural practices that create a whole host of other Global Warming gases.                                                               
              Climate change is a significant and lasting change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. It maybe a change in average weather condition of events around that average.Climate Change may be climated to specific region of may occur across the whole Earth,and in response to changes in the global energy balance. The rate at which it is lost to space determine the equilibrium temperature and climate of Earth.                                                                                                    
               This is energy is then distributed around the Globe by winds , ocean currents and other mechanisms to affect the climates of different regions.
